C3 Technologies’ (Previously owned by SAAB, now Apple) Rapid 3D Mapping:

Strange that they only do it by plane (Birds’ Eye POV), was expecting more input methods (POVs), such as seen at Nokia Maps 3D (which you can already use in your browser BTW):
