Rogue One: The Battle of Scarif

Speaking of Rogue One: Maple Films have released a fan edit of Rogue One, entitled “Rogue One: The Battle of Scarif”.

If you’re in the mood to watch Rogue One but would rather skip the attempts at character development and Forest Whitaker’s pet tentacle monster, pull up Rogue One: The Battle of Scarif and jump straight to the ‘splosions.

The main point of this edit is to focus on the epic battle sequence from Rogue One, while also adding elements to make it fit in more with the other Star Wars films.

The end result is a 50 minute edit, sporting an adjusted opening crawl, adjusted sound effects and score, a few typical Star Wars transitions, etc.

☝️ Whilst checking out Maple Films I’ve come to know that they also have a 4.5 hour fan edit of the three Hobbit movies.
