And yes I already have a Google Plus account, registered with bramus@bram.us, the Google Account I’ve had ever since a long long time ago; which got renamed to bramus%bram.us@gtempaccount.com, because I merged it with the Google Apps account bramus@bram.us; which isn’t the same as the bramus@bram.us Google Accounts account; which I can’t rename to bramus@gmail.com; which I already registered because I wanted to prevent name squatting; which turned out against me, because I can’t use bramus a username on many Google Services; and which prevents me from renaming bramus%bram.us@gtempaccount.com to the one I want; which made me finally rename it to bram@bram.us; which is an e-mail alias for bramus@bram.us; but which isn’t an alias according to Google.
I you didn’t quite follow: merging my accounts on Google, left me with 3 accounts in the end: bramus@bram.us (apps account), bramus@gmail.com (nickname bramus) and bram@bram.us (nickname denbramus). Doesn’t look like a merge to me. Sigh.
