Proper use of ALT and TITLE attributes

A common mix up with beginning developers (and because of IE that still doesn’t interpret it right!) is the incorrect usage of alt and title attributes (yet attributes, not tags!). Proper use of ALT and TITLE attributes hopefully clears this up once and for all (if Roger’s 2004 article on the subject didn’t already).
