iPhone's running 1.1.1 no longer locked

Lots of development during the last days, leading to unbricking the brick (paid solution though). I wonder how long it’ll last until Apple release another software update (and how long it will take then to find a new hack)

SmartFTP: Where can I filter files?

Must say I’ve been using SmartFTP for quite a while now. Recently updated to versoin 2.5, yet couldn’t find the file filter (to exclude the uploading of .svn folders). Turns out the option to exclude files and folders in SmartFTP is hidden underneath the default favorite. Logic? Not quite exactly 🙁

Apple’s Caps Lock key has undocumented anti-jab protection.

Caps Lock doesn’t activate immediately upon strike. There’s a very small time window “ perhaps a quarter of a second ” where if you release the key inside the window, the keystroke is ignored. – Tested and Verified on Wolf‘s keyboard! (via)w
