This document lays out some baseline expectations between conference speakers and conference presenters. The general goal is to maximize the value the conference provides to its attendees and community and to let speakers know what they might reasonably expect from a conference.
And yes, I support the OCE although #1 might not always be possible (if you’re a starting conference, you might skip out on it) and the VGA adapter in #8 seems more like a “nice to have” imho (wherever I go I always have my own Thunderbolt/MiniDisplayPort-VGA adapter with me as that’s the most common connection interface)
