CSS User Agent

In a Modernizr inspired style (or is it vice versa?), CSS User Agent adds classes to the <html> tag to allow one to easily target the different browsers instead of having to rely on CSS hacks.

Unlike Modernizer however, CSS User Agent relies on browser sniffing (parsing the user-agent string) making it not recommended over Modernizr (which uses actual feature detection).
