This article is oh so wrong. Next to the fact that most of the elements aren’t rare at all, it’s filled with wrong examples and wrong descriptions (since when is fieldset an attribute?! Looks like an element to me!). Yeah, one shouldn’t take everything for granted on the interwebz.
