My Custom Mint Page Title (WordPress Plugin)
After having read a little trick over at Peppermint Tea where the author explains on how to set custom titles in Mint (which Shaun described back in 2005), I decided to quickly knock up a WordPress Plugin that takes care of the job. Hope it’s usefull to some of you

Another question: What is this for? Can i add another name to my “Macbook Water“ page and name it “This page is about the MacBook Water Hardware” for my better understanding?
Really, i don’t get it, joking beside.
Hey manu, you’ve quite got it: I myself for example don’t want to track the post “How to find the original Flickr Photo URL and User from a Static Flickr Image URL/Permalink (My priceless Flickr Tip)” by it’s title inside Mint (which is default), but by “Flickr Tip”. That’s where this plugin kicks in
But pagetitles that are too long and not clear on first sigt are nonsense anyways, or not? So this makes it even worse by helping to write too long and weird titles and adding short and crispy mint titles, or not?
Yes indeed Manuel, but sometimes I want to add some extra stuff to get Google to find it faster/better
First of all, thanks for writing this plugin. Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but…is this plugin for people using the Mint analytics program at haveamint.com?
It sounds like all it will do is keep the page title the same to visitors search engines, etc. But this plugin will show a shorter title just for administrative use within Mint? Thanks.
