Your Thursday night – 30 ROCK

30 rockJust noticed that één (TV Channel here in Belgium) has been airing 30 rock for four weeks by now, which I can only applaud as this series really kicks ass.

30 rock is one of those hilarious series you just have to watch as they always bring you a good laugh. As tv.com puts it:

Liz Lemon, played by Saturday Night Live’s Tina Fey, is the head writer of the fictional TV show, ‘The Girlie Show.’ When her old boss dies and a new boss comes in, Liz must try to run a successful TV show without losing her mind.

30 rock

Reason they write “without losing her mind” are her (neurotic) boss Jack Donaghy (played by Alec Baldwin), her main actor (who’s wild and unpredictable) Tracy Jordan (played by Tracy Morgan), the page Kenneth, her co-writers, etc. who all drive her mad whilst racing to their deadline, as (the fictive) ‘The Girlie Show.’ is aired live.

The situations they encounter are hilarious and I guarantee you, you’ll like this one … heck, 30 Rock won the “Best Comedy Series”-Emmy last year! Not convinced? You might want to check out some YouTube samples then ;)

@ Nico: unfortunately that’s for US residents only … maybe that can be bypassed by using a (US) proxy or something alike ;)

  3. Bramus! says:

Just heard that VRT cancelled the show due to a lack of viewers :(
